What happens after the pilot?
The pilot runs for 30 days on your own data. If you stop there, we export everything and delete our copy. Nothing is held hostage to make leaving expensive.
Is implementation charged separately?
Migration, configuration and training are included on Hospital and Group. On Clinic they are a one-time fee, quoted once we have seen the shape of your existing data.
Can we change plan mid-contract?
Moving up takes effect immediately and is pro-rated. Moving down applies at the next renewal, so a quiet month does not cost you a module mid-treatment.
How long does it take to go live?
Most hospitals run their first OPD day within two weeks. Departments switch on one at a time — reception and billing first, then clinical — so nobody is asked to change everything on a Monday morning.
Can patients register themselves?
No, and that is deliberate. Portal logins are issued at reception against a verified identity and can be revoked from the same screen, so a hospital record is never created by an anonymous sign-up.
