Your login comes from the hospital

A portal account is tied to a verified medical record, so it is issued at the desk rather than created online. It takes a minute.

1. 1.Register at the hospitalVisit reception with a photo ID. They create your patient record and give you your HMS number.
2. 2.Collect your loginReception issues a portal password against your registered mobile number and hands it to you on a slip.
3. 3.Sign in and set your own passwordUse your mobile number and the issued password. You will be asked to choose your own password straight away.
