EcoGenius is a hospital management platform that binds every appointment, prescription, lab report, bed and bill to a single patient record — so reception, doctors, pharmacy, lab and billing work from the same truth, in real time.
The problem
A 180-bed hospital was running eleven systems. Reception could not see whether a bill had been paid. Nobody could answer how much the hospital was owed without a two-day reconciliation.
The decision
Rather than integrate eleven systems, replace them with one database and give each department a workspace on top of it. No exports, no nightly syncs, no reconciliation step.
Today
EcoGenius runs twelve portals over thirty-plus modules, from triage to payroll, with realtime sync and role-scoped access enforced in the database itself.

Every product makes trade-offs. These are the four we made first, and the ones we check new work against.
One record, or it does not count
Most hospital software is a set of modules that exchange files. The gaps between them are where a patient gets asked their allergy history for the third time and where a bill goes uncollected. Everything here writes to one record, so there are no gaps to fall through.
Designed at the counter, not the boardroom
A receptionist repeats the same five actions two hundred times a day. If one of them takes four clicks instead of two, that is an hour a week of a person's life. We optimise for the hundredth use, not the first demo.
Answerable by default
Refunds, waivers, discharges and access changes all carry a reason typed at the time and an audit entry that cannot be edited. Not because anyone is presumed dishonest, but because a hospital should be able to answer any question about its own records.
Lighter than what it replaces
A hospital running on paper and spreadsheets prints a wall of registers a year. Every workflow here is designed to end without a printout unless someone genuinely needs one in their hand.
